**Does the free plan have a time limit?**

No. You can use secondbrain for free as long as you want, within the storage and feature limits of the free plan.

**How is it billed?**

Paid plans are billed monthly and in advance, in US dollars, and renew automatically until you cancel. Details are in the Terms of Service.

**Can I change plans?**

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and prorate the current period; downgrades take effect from the next cycle.

**Can I get a refund?**

Yes, within 14 days of your first paid subscription. Full conditions are in the Refund Policy.

**What happens to my content if I cancel?**

Your content stays available: the account returns to the free plan when the billed period ends, within that plan's limits.

**Which integrations are included?**

Calendars (Google, Microsoft/Outlook, Apple), ClickUp and MCP support. Each one is optional and only connects when you authorize it — see Privacy.
